Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Hosting Plan definitely isn’t the easiest process in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your desktop computer, alternatively arrange a third–party solution. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS server every single week, so you never have to be scared of permanently losing any key data. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy very quickly. All our backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. But, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra configuration on your part. That is where our Optional Admin Services deal can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – this means that you’ll be able to literally hire one of our practiced server administrators for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any software application that you need. And/or have him solve an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
